Our coordination services provide you with everything you need to make your day run like clockwork. We start off with a no obligation consultation for you to get to know our team and what we have to offer. From there you are assigned an event coordination that will meet with you in person, tour your venue, and be in constant communication with you through the end of your event.When the big day arrives, you can rest assured knowing that we oversee everything from set up all the way through take down. Ensuring that everything is on time and all disasters are averted. Most importantly we give you the freedom to enjoy your event and party it up with family and friends.
For when you don’t need a day of coordinator at your event, but are still a little overwhelmed by the whole process. Think of us as you and your true love’s personal assistant on the day of the wedding. Our main concern is you! Are you fed? Hydrated? Have a headache/need some space? Are you in need of bobby pins, sewing supplies, deodorant, or just to be kept far, far away from Uncle Mike? We will be there. It’s the perfect package for the couple who has the party well in hand, but could use assistance making sure they have the time and energy to actually enjoy themselves at their own wedding (crazy concept, I know!).
Whistle While “We” Work
Do you wish you had seven little men waiting on you hand and foot and making your dreams come true? Well, what about two fabulously skilled even planners instead? We will be there before anyone else and stay through clean up at the end of the night. This package offers comprehensive day-of management for at least 8 hours, a must for an event of any size. We’ll meet four to six weeks ahead of your event to get all the details ironed out, check out your venue, create/finalize a day of timeline and put together a master vendor contact list. Our team makes sure the flowers are delivered on time, the rings are in the correct pocket, and not one hair is out of place.
You’ve Got a Friend in Me
When you need a good pal who can let you in on all the tips and tricks of wedding planning as well as hold your hand and help out with the tough stuff, we’ve got you covered. We will meet with you and help you get on the right track with organizational tools and insider know-how. We can do the heavy lifting or you can take the lead, but together you’ll make the perfect team. This package includes regular check ins to share process and ideas and the assistance of one wedding planner. This package also includes comprehensive day-of management for 8 hours, a must for an event of any size.
